  • Transferred to data brokers or information resellers
  • Used for purposes unrelated to the features you requested
  • Used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models

Human access to Google user data is restricted. Personnel do not access Google user data except where necessary with your consent, to address a security issue or provide support you request, to perform operations required to keep the service running, or where required by law.

4. QuickBooks / Intuit Data

You may authorize Falcon Flows applications to connect to your QuickBooks Online company. Depending on the functionality you enable, the integration may access business and accounting information necessary to perform requested CRM, invoicing, customer, payment, estimate, expense, reporting, or accounting-related functionality.

Falcon Flows does not obtain your QuickBooks password. Authorization occurs through Intuit’s OAuth authorization process, and you may revoke the QuickBooks connection at any time through Intuit or through available Falcon Flows integration controls.

5. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • Operate the CRM and your account

  • Automate business workflows you configure
  • Manage customer relationships and records
  • Send communications you or your team authorize

To maintain the integrations you authorize, Falcon Flows may securely store OAuth access and refresh tokens. Passwords for connected Google or QuickBooks accounts are not collected through OAuth and are never provided to us. Tokens are stored with appropriate safeguards and are used only to perform the functions you enabled.

7. Data Sharing

Falcon Flows does not sell customer personal information or connected Google or QuickBooks data. Information may be shared only:

  • With service providers and processors as necessary to operate and support the services
  • When you or your organization authorize the sharing
  • Where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security

8. Data Security

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be compromised.

You may also disconnect or revoke Google and QuickBooks integrations at any time through your Google Account permissions page, your Intuit account, or available Falcon Flows integration controls.
